Summer Session 6 is a 10-day program from Sunday, August 3rd, to Tuesday, August 12th. Designed for families, couples, and individuals, our program allows you to experience a new culture and share experiences that will strengthen your relationships and create life-changing connections, making this a summer experience unlike any other.
Your adventure begins with five impactful days at our Tamil Nadu campus. Then, enjoy a day of exploration in the town of Pondicherry, where you’ll experience the rich blend of French and Indian cultures. The final leg of your journey takes you to our medical branch in Trichy, a city steeped in history and spirituality. This program offers a unique blend of connection, culture, and discovery, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a deeper connection to the people and places that make India so extraordinary.
Your adventure begins with booking a flight to Chennai International Airport (MAA), arriving on Saturday or early Sunday morning. Rising Star Outreach will take care of your ground transportation and hotel stay for Saturday, Aug. 2nd. We’ll pick you up from the hotel lobby between 9:00 and 10:00 am on Sunday, Aug. 3rd (the exact hotel and time will be confirmed within two weeks of your departure). After your enriching experience, you can depart on a late evening flight (after 9:00 pm) on Tuesday, Aug.12th, or early Wednesday, Aug. 13th.
If you plan to explore more of India, we recommend informing your tour agent about your Rising Star Outreach dates. They can help you seamlessly coordinate additional tours before or after your time with us.

- Program Deposit: To confirm your participation, please pay the initial deposit of $360 (one per family or group regardless of group size). The remaining balance is due ten weeks before your program starts. NOTE: If your plans change, your $360 deposit is refundable for one month from sign-up or could be rolled into a sponsorship or a future trip. However, the deposit is not refundable if you sign up within twelve weeks of the session date.
